1. General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions are intended to formalize the rules by which the Promotion will be conducted and the terms and conditions of participating therein.

1.2 By participating in the Promotion, each Participant accepts as binding these Terms and Conditions, including all the conditions contained therein.

1.3 Participation in the Promotion is exclusive responsibility of the Participant. Ferrero and/or any one acting on its behalf, bears no responsibility for any damage which is caused and/or shall be caused to a Participant as a result of and/or in connection with his participation in the Promotion and/or in connection with the Rewards.

1.4 The following terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them:

"Participant" Any individual who (i) meet the criteria set in Article 3 and (ii) participate in the Promotion, as described in Article 4, all in accordance with these Terms and Conditions

"Promotion Period" As defined in Article 2.

"Rewards" As defined in Article 5.

"Winners" Any Participant selected and contacted by Ferrero as per Article 5.

2. Term of Promotion

2.1 The Promotion commences 1st September 2025 and ends at midnight (12am) on 15th October 2025, all days inclusive ("Promotion Period").

2.2 Ferrero reserves the right to change and/or to extend and/or to shorten the Promotion Period and/or to cancel the Promotion for any reason that they may reasonably deem appropriate, and no claim shall be raised against the Ferrero and/or anyone acting on its behalf in this regard. If this is the case, Ferrero will provide notice of this on the dedicated webpage www.nutella.com/al (the Platform) and it shall be responsibility of the Participants to review the Platform in this respect.

3. Eligibility

To be able to participate in the Promotion, the following criteria must be met:

(i) To be a citizen of Iraq;

(ii) To be 18 years or older;

(iii) To have access to the Internet;

(iv) To have an email address;

(v) The Participant shall be in compliance and agree with these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and during the whole Promotion Period.

Ferrero employees and their families are excluded from participation.

Participation by means of electronic registration systems, so-called collection service providers, as well as so-called throw-away emails or trash emails will not be taken into account.

Provided any of the criteria above is not met, participation in the Promotion will be void and rejected.

4. How to participate

Participants can take part in the Promotion by:

(i) Buying a Nutella 750gm jar "Nutella Loves Bread" edition 2025. The jar is characterized by a sticker on cap where an alphanumeric promotional code is printed below.

(ii) Visiting the website nutella.com, filling in the personal details requested (i.e. name, surname, mobile, email and address) and entering the alphanumeric promotional code that is printed under the sticker on the Nutella jar lid.

Provided any of the criteria above is not met, participation in the Promotion will be void and rejected.

5. Draw and Rewards

5.1 2 draws will be held to select the 90 winners: a) the first one will be held on 22nd September to select 45 winners; b) the second one will be held on 16th October to select 45 winners.

6. How to redeem the Rewards

The winners will be notified by phone and email by the promotion organizer and can choose to either a) visit the agency's premises to collect their prize (address will be communicated in the mail announcing the winning), or b) receive the prize by postal courier.

The participants not selected for the winning won't be notified by any mean by the promotion organizer.

7. Restrictions

7.1 Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash in part or whole and are non-refundable.

7.2 Ferrero reserves the right to substitute any Rewards with another prize of similar or equal value.

7.3 Ferrero does not guarantee any buy-back of any of the Rewards given away in the Promotion.

7.4 The selected winner can win only one prize.
