Pandoro with currants and Nutella
Holidays are getting golden with pandoro
Directly from Italian tradition here it comes Pandoro! A light and spongy sweet  bread that you often fail to sweep away from your table.

Do you have Pandoro leftovers? This is the recipe for you: cut some stars out of the Pandoro and top them with some Nutella and a few red fruits of your choice. What you get? A new dessert with same sweetness. Sparkly!

  • 1 Pandoro (1 lb/500 g)
  • 1 cup (250 mL) Nutella®
  • 1 cup (250 mL) red currants

On work surface, lay pandoro on its side and cut into eight 1-inch (2.5 cm) thick slices. Spread 2 tbsp (30 mL) Nutella® over each slice.

Cut each slice into quarters. Decorate with currants.
