This recipe is a typical Rundstykke with the addition of sunflower seeds.
Ingredients:
- 5 dcl of water
- 15 gm of yeast
- 50 gm of oatmeal
- 400 gm of wheat flour
- 200 gm of wholemeal flour
- 1 tsp of olive oil
- 2 tsp of salt
- 150 gm sunflower seeds
- - Pour the water into a bowl and blend in the yeast
- - Add the salt, olive oil, oatmeal, sunflower seeds and wholemeal flour and stir
- - Add the wheat flour and knead
- - Let the dough rest for an hour
- - Shape the dough into buns and let them rest for half an hour
- - Bake the buns in the oven for 30 minutes at 200◦C
