1. HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Holiday Recipe Casting Call Contest (the “Contest” or “Promotion”), an eligible entrant (each an “Entrant”) may visit www.nutellaholidays.com (the “Website”) beginning at 12:00:00 AM (ET) on September 25, 2025 and ending at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on November 02, 2025 ("Entry Period") and follow the on-screen instructions to participate in the Contest. Entrant will be asked to enter their date of birth to get started. Entrant will then be required to provide their complete name, email address and phone (optional) (the “Entrant Information”). Each Entrant will then be prompted to provide a photo of a holiday recipe that conveys their passion for Nutella® hazelnut spread with cocoa and explain in the English language what is creative and unique about their holiday Nutella® recipe (you may include the recipe itself ) (“Contest Submission”). The photo may include the end-product of the recipe without Entrant or any other persons. The recipe/explanation cannot exceed a total of 100 words. The photo, recipe and explanation must be submitted in compliance with the technical requirements of the Website
Holiday recipe ingredients (a) must be readily accessible to persons living in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and (b) CANNOT include any controlled substance, drug (whether or not available via prescription), tobacco, alcohol, or any illegal product.
You may provide a title for your holiday recipe, but this is not required.
Once Contest Submission has been entered in the Contest, it cannot be modified, amended, or edited by Entrant. By entering the Contest, Entrant agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Judges (as defined below), which are final and binding in all matters; noncompliance with these Official Rules (as determined by Sponsor/Judges in their sole discretion) will result in disqualification. Proof of submission of an entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor or proof of entry. Receipt of entry may be acknowledged by Sponsor, but any such acknowledgment is not otherwise binding upon Sponsor. If entering using a mobile device, entry may require data usage and Entrant may incur data usage charges. Such charges may apply regardless of whether you are successful in completing and submitting your entry. Check your mobile plan for rates/details. Wireless access may not be available in all areas.
Limit one (1) entry per Entrant/e-mail address during the Entry Period. Providing a photo of recipe/explanation and submitting an online entry form as described above is the only means of entering the Contest.
2. ELIGIBILITY:
The Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, who have a valid email address at the time of entry, and who are not a commonly recognized culinary public figure (e.g., celebrity chef, etc.) as determined by Ferrero U.S.A., Inc. (the “Sponsor”) in its sole discretion. Employees, agents, directors and officers of Sponsor, Berlin Productions, Inc. (“Administrator”), Hallmark Cards, Inc., prize suppliers, and any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives and fulfillment, advertising, marketing and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses), regardless of where they reside, and/or those living in the same household of each such employee/agent/director/officer are not eligible to enter, or win. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Administrator’s server will be the official timekeeper for the Contest.
ENTRY CONTENT REQUIREMENTS AND GUIDELINES: As applicable, Entrant’s recipe (including any title), the photo of the recipe as well as the accompanying explanation for Contest entry must not, without limitation:
The use of software, filters, lighting, or any artifice to distort or manipulate the Photo image so as to alter the actual appearance of the end-product will result in automatic disqualification. By entering a Contest Submission, Entrant represents and warrants that the Photo is a true representation of the end-product.
The Explanation must represent the Entrant’s honest opinions and feelings about Sponsor’s Nutella® hazelnut spread with cocoa product.
In addition, the recipe/photo/explanation must not, without limitation:
Sponsor/Judges reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any entry that, in their sole opinion, refers, depicts, or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, Sponsor’s products (including Nutella® hazelnut spread with cocoa), Hallmark Cards, Inc., the Hallmark Christmas Experience, the Contest, or any other person or entity, or does not comply with these requirements or these Official Rules.
3. JUDGING CRITERIA (100 total points available):
All eligible entries (recipes/photos/explanations) received during the Entry Period will be judged to determine two (2) potential Grand Prize winning entries and four (4) potential First Prize winning entries (each a “Potential Winning Entry”; collectively the “Potential Winning Entries”) by a Sponsor-selected panel of experts (the “Judges”).
Judging will be based on the following criteria (“Judging Criteria”):
A. Use of Nutella® in Holiday recipe: Share your enthusiasm for Nutella® by explaining/showing 1) the way in which you incorporate Nutella® into your Holiday recipe; and 2) how Nutella® elevates your recipe (40%; maximum score of 40 points)
B. Holiday Recipe Originality & Creativity: In your recipe, photo, and explanation, convey your passion for Nutella® hazelnut spread with cocoa and the way in which incorporating Nutella® makes your holiday recipe unique (60%; maximum score of 60 points)
The two (2) Contest Submissions with the highest total Judging Criteria score will be the Potential Grand Prize Winning Entries and the subsequent four (4) Contest Submissions with the highest total Judging Criteria will be the First Prize Potential Winning Entries, subject to verification. In the event of a tie, such tied Entries will be broken in favor of the highest score for Judging Criterion “B” (i.e., Holiday Recipe Originality and Creativity), and, if necessary, then in favor of the highest score for Judging Criterion “A” (i.e. Use of Nutella® in Holiday recipe). All Entrants for Potential Winning Entries (“Potential Winners”) will be notified via email on or about November 13, 2025. Potential Winners will be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where legally permissible, a Publicity Release, certifying, among other things, that the Contest Submissions is his/her own original work, he/she holds all rights to the Contest Submissions, and he/she has fully complied with the Official Rules of the Contest and meets the requirements set forth in these Official Rules and indemnifying the Released Parties for any claims to the contrary.
All documents issued to Potential Winners must be completed, signed, and returned within two (2) calendar days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification without further notice and an alternate Potential Winner may be selected (time permitting). In the event that a Potential Winner is disqualified, the entry with the next highest score by the Judges, per the judging criteria outlined above, may be selected as a Potential Winner (time permitting).

The guests of a Grand Prize Winner and First Prize Winner must be eighteen (18) years of age or over by September 25, 2025 and must also sign a Liability Release and Publicity Release (where legal) prior to issuance of travel documents OR if minors under 13 years old must be accompanied by adult over 18 years old. All travelers must possess valid government-issued photo identification for air travel (if appropriate).
Grand Prize Winners and First Prize Winners (individually a “Winner” and collectively “Winners”) and guests are subject to all venue policies and the terms and conditions imposed by Sponsor, Hallmark Cards, Inc., and entity supplying accommodations . By accepting the Prize, the Winner and Winner’s guest(s) agree to abide by such policies, terms, and conditions.
Each Entrant, once notified of being a Potential Winner, shall provide Sponsor or its representative with the name of the guests he/she wants to take to Holiday Christmas Experience . Entrant hereby authorizes Sponsor and its designated agents and representatives to conduct a comprehensive background check of the Potential Winner (the “Background Check”). Entrant understands and acknowledges that his/her guest will be required to give Sponsor and its designated agents and representatives authorization to conduct a Background Check of his/her guest. The details that follow apply to both Entrant and the guests that Entrant wants to take to the Holiday Christmas Experience. Entrant and each guest understand that he/she may be asked to provide a social security number or similar identification number, addresses or residences from the last seven (7) years, date of birth, prior names (e.g. maiden name) and any other information necessary for Sponsor to conduct a Background Check. The scope of the Background Check may include, without limitation, civil and criminal history records from any criminal justice agency in any or all federal and state records, sex offender registry check, and terrorist watch list check. Entrant and guest agree to provide all personal information needed and sign a release or authorization form in order to permit Sponsor to conduct the Background Check. Sponsor and its designated agents and representatives shall maintain all information received from this release and authorization form in a confidential manner in order to protect Entrant’s and guest’s personal information.
In addition, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify a Potential Winner and/or guest for any of the following reasons: (a) non-compliance with these Official Rules; (b) in the event that the Winner notification is returned as undeliverable; (c) Background Check or other information indicating a history, characteristic or quality considered by Sponsor and/or Hallmark Cards, Inc. to be unacceptable in a Winner and/or guest in this Contest; (d) information showing that the Entry was defective or failed to comply with these Official Rules.
The Actual value of the Prize may vary based upon point of departure. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. If Prize Winner resides within a one hundred (100)-mile radius of Kansas City, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof. The Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth in these Official Rules. The Prize trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles (or other travel “perks”). Prize Winner is solely responsible for any costs and expenses in connection with the Prize not expressly described herein as being awarded including, without limitation, any additional costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the Prize that are not described herein as being awarded (including, but not limited to, transportation, travel or other insurance, transportation between departure airport and Winner’s home, baggage fees, meals, room service charges, any additional costs charged to the hotel room, souvenirs, personal charges, tips, gratuities, entertainment, transfers, and other incidental expenses). Sponsor is not responsible for any fees or additional charges resulting from Winner’s or guest’s change to itinerary.
Winner and guest(s) must travel on the same itinerary as set by Sponsor in its sole discretion and are responsible for obtaining any/all necessary documents (including but not limited to a valid photo I.D.) prior to departure. Trip is subject to availability and other restrictions. Trip must be taken at times of Sponsor’s sole choosing so as to attend the Holiday Christmas Experience from December 12 – December 14, 2025 or December 19 – December 21, 2025 (“Prize Event Dates”). If Winner is unavailable at such dates/times for any reason, Prize will be forfeited, and Sponsor shall have no liability to winner under any legal theory. If Winner chooses to travel without the allotted increment of guests (i.e., for Grand Prize, 3 guests; for First Prize, 1 guest), Prize will be awarded in increments appropriate for the actual number of travelers (including or consisting of the Winner) and no cash substitute or alternate prize will be awarded.
Winners and guests agree to conduct themselves at all times in a courteous, respectful, and appropriate manner, and to follow all instructions of parties involved in offering the Holiday Christmas Experience.
Winners and guests’ prohibited conduct while attending the Holiday Christmas Experience includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Violation of any of the aforementioned prohibited conduct may result in termination of trip for Winner and/or guest without further compensation to Winner (or any compensation to guest) and/or other sanctions as deemed appropriate, in the sole discretion of Sponsor and Hallmark Cards, Inc.
Limit one (1) Prize per family/address/household.
5. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:
No prize transfer or cash redemption (except for Digital Gift Card element of Prize where required by applicable law). No prize substitution, in whole or in part, except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute the prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Any stated difference between the approximate retail value and actual value of prize or any substituted prize will not be awarded. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of Winner. All costs and expenses not specified herein as being awarded are the sole responsibility of Winner. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the Grand Prize and First Prize. Each of the Winners will be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number or tax identification number for tax reporting purposes before the Grand Prize/First Prize will be awarded. Each of the winners will receive an IRS form 1099 for the total value of the prize won. All prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor. Any un-awarded, unclaimed, or voided prizes will not be awarded. Entrants are responsible for keeping their email address and mailing address up to date; Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for any missed notices, prizes, or other communications if an Entrant’s email address and/or mailing address has changed.
6. GRANT OF RIGHT:
By submitting an Entry, Entrant grants to Sponsor, Hallmark Cards, Inc., and their authorized agents a royalty-free, sub-licensable, transferable right to exploit the content of his/her Entry (that is, the Recipe/Photo/Explanation) in any medium throughout the world in perpetuity for editorial, educational, promotional, publicity, advertising or any other purpose on behalf of Sponsor, Hallmark Cards, Inc., and their parent or its affiliates, without compensation unless specifically prohibited by law and Entrant explicitly acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor and Hallmark Cards, Inc. reserves the right to publish any or all of the content of Recipe/Photo/Explanation with or without first and last name credit to the Entrant; and entries that attempt to restrict this right will not be considered. Entrant hereby waives in favor of Sponsor and Hallmark Cards, Inc., all rights of “Droit Moral” or “Moral Rights of Authors” or any similar rights or principles of law that he or she may now or later have to their Recipe/Photo/Explanation. The Potential Winner shall execute at Sponsor’s and Hallmark Cards, Inc.’s request and without compensation such assignments and other documents as may be necessary to confirm or enact this assignment or any grant of rights set forth herein. Should Sponsor or Hallmark Cards, Inc. fail to request the said assignment as stated, that shall not be deemed a waiver of Sponsor’s or Hallmark Cards, Inc.’s rights and Sponsor and Hallmark Cards, Inc. may at a later time request the assignment. The photographer (or his/her parent/legal guardian if deemed a minor in the jurisdiction of his/her residence), if not the Entrant, may be required to waive in favor of Sponsor and Hallmark Cards, Inc. all rights of “Droit Moral” or “Moral Rights of Authors” or any similar rights or principles of law that the Entrant may now or later have in the Photo By submitting a Recipe/Photo/Explanation and Entry, Entrant explicitly acknowledges that his/her Image, Photo, first name, last initial, city, and state may be posted on the Website and the social media sites of Sponsor and/or its designees (including Hallmark Cards, Inc.). Any such posting shall NOT constitute any representation that the Entry/Recipe/Photo/Explanation is eligible or that it has been selected as a potential Winner in the Contest.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor or the Released Parties resulting from Entrant's participation in or attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes, or ability or inability to upload or download any information in connection with the Sweepstakes. No responsibility or liability is assumed by Sponsor or the Released Parties for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences which may affect the operation of the Promotion: (a) hardware or software errors; (b) faulty computer, cable, satellite, network, cellular, electronic, Internet connectivity or other online or network communication problems; (c) errors or limitations of any Internet or wireless service providers, servers, hosts or other providers; (d) garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; (e) failure of any online transmissions to be sent or received; (f) lost, late, delayed or intercepted transmissions; (g) inaccessibility of the Website; (h) traffic congestion on the Internet or the Website; (i) unauthorized human or non-human intervention in the operation of the Promotion, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, or worms; (j) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, theft or destruction of, unauthorized access to, delay in operation, transmission, distribution of, alteration of, Entry procedure, whether caused by the Entrant, or otherwise; (k) any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion, or otherwise; or (l) destruction of any aspect of the Promotion, or loss, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of an email account used in connection with the Promotion. 8. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION/GENERAL RULES:
By entering the Promotion, each Entrant agrees (a) that Sponsor and its designees shall have the right and permission to use in any manner (unless prohibited by law) Entrant's name, city and state of residence, photographs and/or likeness, and Recipe/Photo/Explanation for advertising and/or trade and/or promotion and/or any other purpose now or hereafter known anywhere in the world in perpetuity without compensation, permission or notification to (as applicable) Entrant, or any third parties, except where prohibited by law; (b) that Sponsor and its designees shall have the right and permission to (i) alter, amend, edit or change Entries, including the Recipe/Photo/Explanation prior to distribution and (ii) use, distribute, reproduce, alter, amend and copyright Entries, including the Recipe/Photo/Explanation, for purposes of advertising and trade (including posting on the Website) without compensation, unless prohibited by law; (c) to release the Released Parties from all liability and to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to Entrant, or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, infringement or violation of third party rights or personal injury or death to Entrant, or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of (i) the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize or any travel related thereto (ii) participation in or administration of this Promotion, (iii) the use (or non-use) of any entry/Photo or any of the rights granted herein; (iv) defamation, publicity or right of privacy; and (v) any element of this Promotion; (d) to assume all liability for any injury or damage related to (c) (i)-(v); (e) to be bound by the Official Rules and the Judges’ decisions which are final; (f) to waive all rights to claim or collect punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages; (g) that all causes of action relating to this Promotion will be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (h) that any and all claims, judgments, or awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees; and (i) that New York law (without regard to principles of conflict of law/choice of law) shall apply exclusively to the Promotion and that any dispute with respect to the Promotion shall be resolved in either the federal or state courts located in the County of New York, State of New York.
Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest if Sponsor suspects fraud, technical failures or errors, viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or any other similar causes or factors beyond Sponsor's reasonable control could corrupt, impair, or compromise the administration, security, integrity, or fairness of the Promotion (or portions thereof), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Should the Promotion (or any portion thereof) be cancelled or terminated for any of the aforementioned reasons, the Contest Prizes may be awarded in any manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, from among those Entries submitted prior to the action taken, or Sponsor shall have the right to proceed in such a manner as may be deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event the Promotion is cancelled or terminated, notice will be posted on the Website. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion materials, including without limitation, the Website and the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. Entry information, including the Photo, becomes property of Sponsor.
Any damage made to any Promotion-related Website (including the Website) will be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail account associated with the damage in question. Any Entries suspected of being fraudulent (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar methods of participation) may be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to prohibit the participation of or disqualify an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected in connection with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules, if an individual is acting in violation of these Official Rules or is acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. If an Entrant submits more than the stated number of Entries permitted (that is, more than one (1) entry), and/or if Sponsor suspects that an Entrant attempted to obtain additional Entries by using multiple e-mail addresses, IP Addresses, registrations, identities or any other method, all suspect Entries submitted by the Entrant may be declared null and void. Sponsor’s/Administrator’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision.
9. NOTICE TO ENTRANTS:
ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY PROMOTION-RELATED WEBSITE (INCLUDING THE WEBSITE) OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. USE OF DATA:
Sponsor will be collecting personal data about Entrants online, in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Please review the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://www.nutella.com/us/en/privacy-policy. By participating in the Promotion, Entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
11. WINNERS’ LIST:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. ELIGIBILITY: Nutella ® Holiday Recipe Sweepstakes(the "Sweepstakes" or “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and have a valid email account as of the date of entry ("Eligible Entrants"). Employees of Ferrero U.S.A., Inc. ("Sponsor"), its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, its promotion, advertising and internet agencies, including Administrator as defined below, and each member of their immediate family (spouse, parent, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those persons living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Void in Puerto Rico, where prohibited or where restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Administrator’s server shall be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. Hallmark Cards, Inc. is not a sponsor or administrator of this sweepstakes.
2. HOW TO ENTER:The Sweepstakes shall begin at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on November 5, 2025 and end at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 14, 2025 ("Promotion Period"). During the Promotion Period, Entrants will be directed to www.nutellaholidays.com and instructed to follow the on-screen directions to complete and submit the online entry form, which includes entering Entrant's first and last name, and e-mail address. Entrant will then follow instructions to enter to see if they have won instantly. If a winning notification is shown on screen after submission of completed online entry form, Entrant will be asked to accept their Instant Win prize. (If Entrant is not a winner of an Instant Win prize, they will instead receive a “non-winning” message.) To accept Instant Win prize, Entrant will be required to confirm compliance with these Official Rules. Prize claim must be completed with all required information (including, for all Instant Win Prizes, a street address in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia for prize delivery) during same online session as receipt of Instant Win prize notification, and, after such time, prize claim is void. It is the potential winning Entrant’s sole responsibility to provide a valid street address in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia for the corresponding Instant Win prize to be awarded; if potential winning Entrant fails to do so, the corresponding Instant Win prize will be forfeited without compensation and will NOT be awarded After completion of prize claim procedure, please allow 4-6 weeks to receive the designated Instant Win prize (assuming that Administrator confirms your compliance with these Official Rules). It is the potential winning Entrant’s sole responsibility to provide his/her correct e-mail address to be awarded; if potential winning Entrant fails to do so, Prizes will be forfeited without compensation and will NOT be awarded. Additional Sweepstakes entries received from the same person or e-mail address after the initial daily entry will be void; egregious or repeated violations may result in disqualification from Sweepstakes. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for late, lost, garbled/undecipherable, inaccessible, blocked, corrupted, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect, defective or invalid entries, which will be disqualified.
Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entry that, in its sole opinion, does not comply with these requirements or these Official Rules .
3. WINNER SELECTIONThere will be a total of sixty (60) Instant Win prizes available to be won. Each Instant Win prize has been randomly assigned to a randomly pre-selected time during the Promotion Period. The first person who completes and submits an online entry form (as per Rule 2 above) at or after the randomly pre-selected time will win the corresponding Instant Win Prize subject to verification of their eligibility and full compliance with these Official Rules. For clarity, the act of following the online instructions, in and of itself, will not determine whether a person has potentially won an Instant Win Prize. ADDITIONAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prizes to be awarded "as is" and any and all warranties and/or guarantees to the manufacturers'/suppliers’ terms; therefore, Winners agree to look solely to such manufacturer(s)/supplier(s) for any such warranty(s) and/or guarantee(s), if any. Any prize depiction is for illustrative purposes only. Sponsor shall not be responsible for lost or stolen Prizes, or any part thereof, or any issues arising out of or in connection with Winner's use of a Prize. Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the Prize. No prize transfer or cash redemption are permitted. No prize substitution except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Except with Sponsor's written consent (which may be granted or withheld by Sponsor without liability of any kind), prize must be accepted as awarded. Winner is solely responsible for any costs and expenses in connection with the prize not expressly described herein as being awarded including, without limitation, all federal, state, or local taxes (if any) on the prize and any additional costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize that are not described herein as being awarded. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION/GENERAL RULES: By entering, each Entrant agrees (a) that Sponsor and its designees shall have the right and permission to use in any manner (unless prohibited by law) Entrant's name for advertising and/or trade and/or promotion and/or any other purpose now or hereafter known anywhere in the world in perpetuity without compensation, permission or notification to Entrant, or any third parties; (b) to release the Released Parties from any and all liability and to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to Entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to Entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of (i) the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize; (ii) participation in or administration of this Sweepstakes; (iii) the exploitation of any of the rights granted herein; and (iv) any element of this Sweepstakes; (c) to assume all liability for any injury or damage related to (a) (i)-(iv); (d) to be bound by the Official Rules and the Administrator's decisions which are final; (e) to waive all rights to claim or collect punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages; (f) that all causes of action relating to this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (g) that any and all claims, judgments, or awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred (if any), excluding attorneys' fees; and (h) that New York law shall apply exclusively to the Sweepstakes and that any dispute with respect to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved in either the federal or state courts located in the County of New York, State of New York, regardless of conflict of law/choice of law provisions of New York or any other jurisdiction.
Released Parties are not responsible for (1) lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP) or other connections, miscommunications, computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether computer, software, hardware, network, technical, human, mechanical, electronic, seeding or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or malfunctions which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, Sweepstakes entries (including, without limitation, prize notification), or prize claims, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials, or for any damage to Entrant's or other person's hardware or software (or mobile device) as a result of participation; (2) failed, incomplete, undeliverable, garbled, delayed, late, lost, misdirected, stolen, or any combination thereof, entries, prize notifications or prize claims; (3) damage to Entrant's or any person's mobile device or the contents thereof; (4) any condition caused by events that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; or (5) any inability of any winner to accept a prize. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes or whose conduct potentially compromised the Sweepstakes or who are in violation of these Official Rules as solely determined by the Administrator will be disqualified and all associated Sweepstakes entries will be void. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or errors, viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or any or other similar causes or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs or compromises the administration, security, integrity or fairness of the Sweepstakes (or portions thereof), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and limit entries to those submitted prior to the action taken, or to otherwise proceed in such a manner as may be deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event the Sweepstakes is cancelled or terminated, notice will be posted online at www. nutellaholidays.com and Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make the prizes available to be won in a manner determined by Sponsor to be fair, appropriate, and consistent with these Official Rules. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Entry information becomes property of Sponsor.
In the event a dispute arises regarding the specific individual entitled to receive a prize, an entry will be deemed made by the "authorized e-mail account holder" of the e-mail address submitted on the online entry form. "Authorized e-mail account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entrant may be requested to provide Sponsor/Administrator with proof that the Entrant is the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address in question. Any damage made to any Sweepstakes-related website by an Entrant will be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted on the online entry form that is associated with the damage in question. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any entries which are suspected of being fraudulent (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed or similar methods of participation) may be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor/Administrator. Sponsor/ Administrator reserve the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. If an Entrant submits more than the stated number of entries permitted, and/or if Sponsor and/or Administrator suspects that an Entrant attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple email addresses, user IDs, registrations, identities or any other method, all entries submitted by the Entrant will be declared null and void. Sponsor’s/Administrator’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision.

Winners' names will be sent after prizes have been awarded. Requests received after February 28, 2026 will not be honored.
