Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the “Nutella Loves Bread” (the “Activity”), which is conducted and managed by Ogilvy Interactive S.r.l. Società Unipersonale, with registered office in Milan, Italy ("Ogilvy on behalf of Ferrero”).

By purchasing a specially marked 750g Nutella Loves Bread promotional pack and entering the unique promotional code printed inside the lid of the pack, eligible participants may participate in the Activity and have the opportunity to receive one of the available prizes, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

I. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions are intended to formalize the rules by which the Activity will be conducted and the terms and conditions of participating therein.

By participating in the Activity, each Participant accepts as binding these Terms & Conditions, including all the conditions contained therein.

Participation in the Activity is exclusive responsibility of the Participant. Ferrero and/or anyone acting on its behalf, bears no responsibility for any damage which is caused and/or shall be caused to a Participant as a result of and/or in connection with his participation in the Activity.

The following terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them:

“Activity Period”

As defined in Section II. 1. a.

 

“Participant”

Any individual meeting the criteria set in Section II. 2., and participate in the Activity, all in accordance with these Terms & Conditions

 

“Promotional code”

The unique alphanumeric code printed inside the lid of a specially marked 750g Nutella Loves Bread promotional pack

 

“Webpage”

https://www.nutella.com/al/ar/xp/lovesbread, promotional website dedicated to the Activity and administered by Ogilvy on behalf of Ferrero, through which Participants may enter the Promotional Code, register for the Activity and submit their answers to the promotional questions.

 

“Available Prizes”

100 Bread Makers, 20 Sandwich Makers for a total of one hundred and twenty (120) prizes available during the Activity Period and allocated according to the daily prize schedule.

These Terms and Conditions, (together with any documents referred to in it) provides you with the terms on which you may participate in the Activity. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before applying to participate in the Activity.

By applying to participate in the Activity, you indicate that you accept these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you shall not be eligible to participate in the Activity.

We may modify or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

II. Terms of Activity

1. Activity Period

1. The Activity will run from 12 October 2026 until 26 October 2026, inclusive.
2. Participation is available through the dedicated promotional website during the Activity Period.

Ferrero should retain the right to amend the Activity Period from time to time.

2. Terms of Participation

To Participate, Participants must:

1. Agree with the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Be 18 years old at least at the time of participation.
3. Purchase a specially marked 750g Nutella Loves Bread promotional pack.
4. Access the promotional website during the Activity Period.
5. Complete the light online registration form by providing:
   • Email Address.
6. Enter the unique Promotional Code printed inside the lid of the promotional pack.
7. Correctly answer all three (3) promotional questions displayed on the promotional website.

Participation is limited to one (1) participation per person during the entire Activity Period.

Each Promotional Code may be used once only.

Once a Promotional Code has been successfully submitted, it becomes invalid and cannot be used again, irrespective of whether the Participant receives a prize.

Any attempt to participate more than once, use multiple identities, email addresses or promotional codes, or otherwise circumvent these rules may result in disqualification.

Are excluded from participating:

1. Employees of Ferrero and their close family,
2. Ferrero’s distributors,
3. Anyone involved professionally with the Activity.

Provided any of the criteria above is not respected, there will not be any possibility for the participant to be selected as one of the winners.

3. Winner Selection

To be eligible for a prize, Participants must correctly answer all three (3) promotional questions.

Only Participants who correctly answer all three (3) questions shall qualify for prize allocation.

Prizes shall be allocated on a first come, first served basis, subject to the daily prize availability described in these Terms & Conditions.

For each day of the Activity Period, a predetermined number of prizes will be available.

Eligible Participants who correctly answer all three (3) questions will receive available prizes in the chronological order in which their valid participation is successfully received by the promotional system.

Once the prizes allocated for a specific day have been awarded, no further prizes will be available for that day.

Participants who correctly answer all three (3) questions after the daily prize allocation has been exhausted:

• shall not receive a prize;
• shall not be placed on a waiting list;
• shall not be entitled to compensation;
• shall not receive an alternative prize;
• shall not receive any cash equivalent.

Correctly answering all three (3) questions does not guarantee receipt of a prize.

Prize entitlement is conditional upon:

1. Correctly answering all three (3) promotional questions; and
2. Participating before all prizes allocated for the relevant day have been exhausted.

Participants will be notified immediately on-screen whether they have successfully secured an available prize.

Ferrero's decision regarding prize allocation shall be final.

4. Prize Description

A total of 120 prizes shall be awarded during the Activity Period as follows:

• 100 Bread Makers;
• 20 Sandwich Makers.

Daily Prize Allocation:

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Ferrero reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control require it.

5. Responsibility

The Participant shall guarantee they have the legal rights and legal capacity to accept these Terms & Conditions within their jurisdiction and that their participation in accordance with the methods and terms indicated in these Terms & Conditions does not constitute a violation of any law, regulation, or other provision in your jurisdiction.

In addition, the Participant states and agrees that all information provided to Ferrero is true, accurate, updated, and complete and the Participant also agree to update that information, where necessary, in order to guarantee its accuracy and truthfulness.

With regards to the issues listed below, the Participant cannot claim any form of compensation from Ferrero in the case any issues including in respect of the following:

1. Technical issues with the submission;
2. Internet rate issues;
3. Data transmission delays;
4. Participant’s computer failure;

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Activity accepts no responsibility for loss or injury as a result of the participation to the Activity.

To participate the Participant confirms that they must be aged 18 or older and that the email address provided for the Activity is personal, true and accurate.

Ferrero will sanction and/or will not hesitate in taking legal action if

1. any of the rules set out in this Terms and Conditions are found to be broken
2. any misrepresentation or falsification of identity, no matter the method used, as well as
3. any fraud of any nature whatsoever, and more generally
4. any attempt to hijack the Activity rules and disrupt the smooth running of the Activity, regardless of the method used.

Ferrero may also, at any time and without prior notice, decide to amend or cancel all or a part of the Activity , and/or suspend or terminate your participation in the Activity if Ferrero believes you are in breach of this Section.

6. Data Protection

Participant agrees they will submit the content specified at Section 2d (and any other information Ferrero reasonably requests from time to time required for the purposes of the Activity) through the website registration process.

Ferrero will process Participants personal data to allow their participation in the Activity.

The Participants selected as winners authorizes the use of their email address and any other sort of Personal Data related to the winner Participant for the sole and strict purpose of performing the Activity.

7. Liability

Ferrero is the owner and the licensee of all intellectual property rights submitted concerning the Activity. All such rights are reserved. You must not download, share or pass any information belonging to Ferrero, including any text, illustrations, photographs, video or audio content.

Whilst Ferrero takes all reasonable steps to ensure that the process and tools used for the Activity are properly functioning at all times, Ferrero does not warrant that they will be un-interrupted, timely or error free.

To the extent permitted by law, Ferrero, other members of its group of companies, and third parties connected to Ferrero, hereby expressly exclude all liability, including for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by you in connection with the Activity or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of the Activity. This does not include excluding or limiting liability for matters which are unenforceable under applicable law.

9. Regulation and Applicable Law

Participating in the Activity involves the complete acceptance, without any reservation, of these Terms & Conditions, as well as the rules of the Internet and any applicable legal rules.
