To be eligible to enter, entrants must purchase any one (1) specially marked 400g, 750g or 1kg jar of Nutella from a Store during the Competition Period (“Qualifying Purchase”).

Each specially marked Nutella jar will contain a unique code located on the lid sticker under the grey scratch panel (“Unique Code”)

To enter, entrants must, during the Competition Period:

(a) visit the Website (www.nutella.com/winsummer) and follow the prompts to the promotion entry page;

(b) input the requested details including but not limited to, full name, email address, phone number, Participating Store of Qualifying Purchase and the Unique Code from the Eligible Product;

(c) check the box consenting to personal information being stored and managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter’s privacy policy; and 

(d) submit the fully completed online entry form (each an “Entry”).   

You will received a confirmation message on the promotional website after you have entered your details acknowledging that your entry has been received.

Weekly draws will commence from 09/09/26 and occur weekly for an 8-week period until 28/10/36.

There are 400 prizes available. The first fifty (50) valid entries drawn in each draw will win one (1) 50’s Style 2 Slice red SMEG toaster valued at AU$299.00

Winners will be notified within two (2) business days of the draw via email.

You can submit multiple entries, subject to the following: 

(a) only one (1) entry is permitted per Qualifying Purchase regardless of the number of Eligible Products purchased; 

(b) one (1) entry is permitted per person per day; and (c) a limit of one (1) prize per person applies (excluding SA residents); 

(d) only one (1) Unique Code per entry is permitted; 

(e) the same Unique Code cannot be used more than once; 

(f) unrecognised codes will be deemed invalid (g) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.

All Prizes must be claimed by 1.30pm AEDT (3.30pm NZDT) on 01/12/26.

Winners will receive their prize by postage delivery. All prizes will be sent following the conclusion of each draw and subject to the entry being validated. Once the prize has been claimed and validated, please allow up to one month for the delivery of your prize. 

Yes, you must retain your promotional product receipt/s for all claims as proof of purchase.

Personal details are stored and managed in accordance with our privacy policy at https://www.nutella.com/au/en/privacy-policy on the Nutella website. If you are a prize winner, your name will be published on our website (as mentioned in the promotional terms and conditions). 

Unclaimed prize determination: 2:30pm AEDT (4:30pm NZDT) on 08/12/26 at KollwitzOwen PTY LTD, Suite 251/10-20 Gwynne Street, Cremorne VIC 3121. 

If a prize has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter is unable to contact a winner (or a winner does not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the prize will be forfeited and the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will carry out an unclaimed prize draw at the date, time and place stated above to randomly distribute the prize/s.  

Any winner/s will be notified by email and phone within two (2) business days of the unclaimed draw and any winners will be published on the Website (www.nutella.com/winsummer) on 11/12/25.
