How to make happy smiling upcycled Nutella® jars
Here is a simple but cute idea to add a touch of personality to your pots of plants. Give a second life to empty Nutella® jars by personalising them with your choice of emoticons. Fill the jars with plants and enjoy the way they light up any room.
WHAT IS NEEDED

1 empty Nutella® jar

Spray paint in 2 different colours

Adhesive tape
-
Paper for masking and to cover work surface

Waterproof pen
-

METHOD

STEP 1Spray your Nutella® jar with one of the paints in a well ventilated area.
Tip: Read carefully the spraying instructions on the canister. Don’t forget to cover your work area. It’s better to apply two thin coats so the colour will dry without running.

STEP 2
When the paint is dry, mask the top half of your jar.

STEP 3
Spray the bottom half with the other colour, and allow the paint to dry.

STEP 4
Paint a face onto your vase using a waterproof pen.
