Mousse Glass with Nutella® and Mango
Blend the biscuit to create crumbs. Prepare 8 glasses and divide the biscuit crumbs between the 8 glasses.
Whip the cream. Add the gelatine to the mango puree and microwave until the mixture is warm. Mix it well to make sure that the gelatine melts in the mango and then add it to the whipped cream. Mix well.
Blend the biscuit and put it inside the glass, slice the mago and add it on top of the bsisut and cover it with the mango mouse. Place the finished glasses in the fridge to chill.
Remove from fridge and complete the dish by piping 15 grams of Nutella® on the top of each glass.
