Vegan Crepes with Nutella® Plant-Based

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 people (1 crepe per person)

  • 180g whole wheat flour

  • 450ml unsweetened soy beverage

  • 30g brown sugar

  • 1 pinch (3g) of salt

  • 15ml oil (for greasing the pan)

  • 1 tbsp nutella plant-based per crêpe

METHOD

    When bubbles appear on the batter surface, flip the pancake.

    Slowly add the soy beverage while mixing gently. Let it rest for 5 minutes.

    Grease a 26cm diameter a non-stick pan with a bit of oil and heat it on medium. Once the pan well heated, pour a ladle of batter and roll out with the help of a crepe spreader.

    When the edges start to detach easily from the pan, flip the crepe and cook the other side.

  5. Vegan Crepes with Nutella® Plant-Based - 5

    Once cooked, remove it from the pan, spread one side with 15g of Nutella® Plant-Based and fold the crepe in the shape you like.
