Vegan Muffin Recipe by Nutella®

INGREDIENTSbrFOR 12 SERVINGS

  • 300g plain flour​

  • 180ml unsweetened soy beverage​

  • 180ml vegetable oil​

  • 1tsp apple cider vinegar​

  • 1tsp baking powder​

  • 1tsp baking soda​

  • 15g of Nutella® Plant-Based per muffin

To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!

METHOD

  1. Mix the unsweetened soy beverage and apple cider vinegar to make the vegan buttermilk. Set aside.

  2. In a large bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda.
    Add in the vegan buttermilk and vegetable oil, being careful to not to overmix.

  1. Scoop the butter into muffin cups, leaving some space for the muffin to rise.

  2. Bake at 180°C in a preheated oven for about 25 minutes, until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

  3. Once cooled, with a piping bag decorate each muffin with Nutella® Plant-Based.
