Vegan Pancakes with Nutella® Plant-Based

INGREDIENTS For 4 people (1 crepe per person)

  • 125g whole wheat flour

  • 170ml unsweetened soy beverage

  • 30g brown sugar

  • 6g baking powder

  • 1 pinch (3g) of salt

  • 15ml oil (for greasing the pan)

  • 1 tbsp nutella plant-based per serving

To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!

METHOD

  1. Vegan Crepes with Nutella® Plant-Based - 1

    Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix them.

    Slowly add the soy beverage while mixing gently. Let it rest for 3 minutes.

  3. Eggless Vegan Pancakes with Nutella® Plant-Based - 3

    Grease a non-stick pan with a bit of oil and heat it on medium. Once the pan well heated, pour a ladle of batter. 

  4. Eggless Vegan Pancakes with Nutella® Plant-Based - 4

    When bubbles appear on the batter surface, flip the pancake and cook the other side.

  5. Eggless Vegan Pancakes with Nutella® Plant-Based - 5

    Once cooked, remove the pancake from the pan, spread one side with 15g of Nutella® Plant-Based and decorate with some fresh fruits.
