Vegan Muffin Recipe by Nutella®

INGREDIENTS (FOR 12 SERVINGS)

  • 300g plain flour​

  • 180ml soy milk

  • 180ml vegetable oil​

  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar​

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder​

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda​

  • 15g of Nutella® Plant-Based per muffin

To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!

PREPARATION

  1. Vegan Muffin Recipe by Nutella®

    Mix the soy milk and apple cider vinegar to make the vegan buttermilk. Set aside.

  2. Vegan Muffin Recipe by Nutella®

    In a large bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda.
    Add in the vegan buttermilk and vegetable oil, being careful to not to overmix.

  3. Vegan Muffin Recipe by Nutella®

    Scoop the butter into muffin cups, leaving some space for the muffin to rise. 

  4. Vegan Muffin Recipe by Nutella®

    Bake at 180°C in a preheated  oven for about 25 minutes, until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

  5. Vegan Muffin Recipe by Nutella®

    Once cooled, decorate each muffin with Nutella® Plant-Based using a piping bag.
