Vegan Muffin Recipe by Nutella®

INGREDIENTS (FOR 12 SERVINGS)

300g plain flour

180ml soy milk
-
180ml vegetable oil

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon baking powder
-
1 teaspoon baking soda
-
15g of Nutella® Plant-Based per muffin
To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!
PREPARATION

Mix the soy milk and apple cider vinegar to make the vegan buttermilk. Set aside.

In a large bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda.
Add in the vegan buttermilk and vegetable oil, being careful to not to overmix. -
Scoop the butter into muffin cups, leaving some space for the muffin to rise.

Bake at 180°C in a preheated oven for about 25 minutes, until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Once cooled, decorate each muffin with Nutella® Plant-Based using a piping bag.
