Vegan Waffle Recipe by Nutella®
INGREDIENTS (FOR 4 SERVINGS)

280g plain flour

30g cornstarch

30g organic sugar

½ teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

500ml almond milk, room temperature

60ml coconut oil, melted and cooled

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon baking powder
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!
PREPARATION

In a bowl whisk together almond milk, melted oil, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. In another large bowl whisk together the plain flour, cornstarch, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Make a well in the center of dry mixture and pour in the liquid mixture, gently whisk until just incorporated, without overmixing.

Spray preheated waffle iron with vegetable oil spray. Pour 1 small cup batter into the waffle iron and cook for 5 to 6 minutes until crisp, firm, and golden. Repeat with remaining batter.
Spread 15g of Nutella® Plant-Based on each waffle and decorate with some fruits.
