Vegan Waffle Recipe by Nutella®

INGREDIENTS (FOR 4 SERVINGS)

  • 280g plain flour​

  • 30g cornstarch

  • 30g organic sugar ​

  • ½ teaspoon baking soda​

  • ½ teaspoon salt​

  • 500ml almond milk, room temperature​

  • 60ml coconut oil, melted and cooled​

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice ​

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder ​

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!

PREPARATION

  1. Vegan Waffle Recipe by Nutella®

    In a bowl whisk together almond milk, melted oil, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.  In another large bowl whisk together the plain flour, cornstarch, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  2. Vegan Waffle Recipe by Nutella®

    Make a well in the center of dry mixture and pour in the liquid mixture, gently whisk until just incorporated, without overmixing.

  3. Vegan Waffle Recipe by Nutella®

    Spray preheated waffle iron with vegetable oil spray. Pour 1 small cup batter into the waffle iron and cook for 5 to 6 minutes until crisp, firm, and golden. Repeat with remaining batter. 

    Spread 15g of Nutella® Plant-Based on each waffle and decorate with some fruits.
