No Bake Coconut Cherry Slice with Nutella®

A delicious blend of coconut, cherry & Nutella® that will delight your tastebuds.


INGREDIENTS for 30 slices

  • 250g packet plain chocolate biscuits

  • 125g butter, melted

  • 2 cups desiccated coconut

  • 2 cups shredded coconut

  • 395g can of sweetened condensed milk

  • 200g glace cherries, quartered

  • 125g copha, melted

  • Rose pink food colouring

  • 450g Nutella®, 15g per slice

To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!


  1. Grease an 18cm x 28cm slice pan with butter. Place baking paper along the sides and base, extending the paper a few cms above the edges of the pan.

  2. Place the chocolate biscuits in a food processor until they resemble fine breadcrumbs. Add the butter and process until combined. Place the mixture into the pan and press until it is evenly flat. Cool for 30 minutes in the fridge

  3. In a large bowl mix the coconut, condensed milk, cherries and copha until combined. Add a few drops of the rose pink food colouring to give it a really vibrant look. Mix well. Spoon the mixture over prepared base. Using the back of spoon, press mixture to cover the base evenly. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

  4. Spread a layer of Nutella® over the top. Stand for 1 hour or until set. Cut into squares and serve.
