INGREDIENTS for 6-8 portions
500g packaged frozen puff pastry sheets
75g chopped walnuts
150g chopped pecans
150g chopped hazelnuts
150g raisins
150g flaked coconut
85g white sugar, divided
600g milk
75g Nutella®
For decoration:
Mixed nuts
Avec cette délicieuse recette, il suffit de 15 g de Nutella® par personne pour se régaler !
METHOD

Preheat oven to 175C. Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Place the pastry sheets in the baking dish and place the dish in the oven. Watch it closely. When the top layer turns crunchy and golden, remove it from the oven.
Continue until all the sheets are cooked. - 3
Preheat the oven's broiler.

In a bowl, combine walnuts, pecans, hazelnuts, raisins, coconut and 45 grams of sugar. Break cooked pastry in to pieces and stir in to nut mixture. Spread mixture evenly in the 9x13 inch dish.

Bring milk and 75 grams of sugar to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Pour over nut mixture. - 6
Place dessert under oven broiler for about 10 minutes until the nuts turn golden.

Remove it from the oven and add Nutella® on top.

Garnish the top with mixed nuts and serve hot.
