Nutella® Chia Seed Parfait with Berries, Macadamia & Granola
This is a super healthy chia seed parfait with an Australian twist. Adding macadamias gives this parfait an extra Aussie touch.

INGREDIENTS for 4 servings (4 parfait jars)

2 cups of low-fat milk or non-dairy milk of your choice

1 cup of chia seeds
-
2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup
-
1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
-
1 cup of store bought or homemade granola
-
12 Macadamias
-
1 cup Fresh mixed berries (Optional 4 tsp of toasted coconut)

60g of Nutella®

To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!
METHOD

Whisk to combine your choice of milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract in a medium bowl

Carefully stir the chia seeds into the milk mixture

Cover the bowl and leave in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.

Whilst your Chia pudding is setting (or the next morning), roughly chop your macadamias and mix into your granola.

Once ready to serve, grab 4 small glasses or mason jars. Spoon in a layer of chia pudding, followed by the macadamia granola, then fresh berries, then repeat the layers again starting with chia pudding.

Finally add a dollop of 15g of Nutella® on top. Or pipe, or drizzle - whatever you prefer!
Sprinkle with toasted coconut.
