1 Cup Wholewheat flour

1/2 Cup All purpose flour

2 Cups Lukewarm water

1 Egg

1/2 Teaspoon Baking powder

1/2 Teaspoon Instant yeast

3 Tablespoons Sugar

1 Tablespoon Vegetable oil

1 Teaspoon Vanilla essence

Pinch Ground cardamon and saffron

1/4 cup Powdered milk

1/4 Teaspoon Salt

150g Nutella (15g per serving)

To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!


Mix all the ingredients, apart from the Nutella, in an electric blender until thoroughly mixed.

Leave to rest for 15-20 mins then stir the dough lightly.

Heat a large non stick pan over medium heat then drizzle or spoon the mixture on the pan, leave to cook until golden brown from the bottom and bubbly from the top then flip them and cook for a few seconds.

Decorate with Nutella.
