Serabi with Nutella®

INGREDIENTS FOR 6 SERVINGS

200 g wheat flour

100 g rice flour

50 g granulated sugar

1 tsp instant yeast

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

2 eggs
-
500 ml fresh coconut milk

45gr Nutella®
To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!
METHOD

Combine wheat flour, rice flour, sugar, yeast and baking powder in a container, then stir until evenly mixed.
Beat the eggs separately until well mixed, then stir the eggs into the batter mixture. Once evenly stirred, add the coconut milk gradually while stirring, until it becomes a smooth and thick dough -
Cover the dough and wait for 15 minutes. While waiting for the dough to rise, heat the serabi pan, then pour one spoonful of the serabi mixture into the hot pan Cook the serabi until the surface is cooked.

Once the mixture is cooked, transfer it to a plate and wait until the pancake has cooled to room temperature Then, pipe out 15g of Nutella® for every 1 pc of Serabi, and the Nutella Serabi is ready to eat!
