2 eggs beaten

To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!
METHOD

Beat 2 eggs well and set aside. On a cutting board, spread Nutella® evenly on each slice of bread, only one side. Stack the bread together and cut off crust with a knife. Dip the bread into the beaten eggs, ensuring that all sides are coated well.

Heat cooking oil to 160 degrees and fry the bread on all sides until golden brown. Remove bread once cooked, and drain excess oil.

Drizzle 15g per serving of Nutella® and add sliced strawberry as garnish.
