Roti Celup Telur with Nutella®

  • 3 slices of white bread with crust

  • 15g Nutella®

  • 2 eggs beaten

  • Cooking oil

  • Strawberry

METHOD

  1. Roti Celup Telur with Nutella® 1

    Beat 2 eggs well and set aside. On a cutting board, spread Nutella® evenly on each slice of bread, only one side. Stack the bread together and cut off crust with a knife. Dip the bread into the beaten eggs, ensuring that all sides are coated well.

  2. Roti Celup Telur with Nutella® 2

    Heat cooking oil to 160 degrees and fry the bread on all sides until golden brown. Remove bread once cooked, and drain excess oil.

  3. Roti Celup Telur with Nutella® 3

    Drizzle 15g per serving of Nutella® and add sliced strawberry as garnish.
