Soft nougat mini-cups with Nutella
A pudding with Christmas temper
Many legends exist around nougat's origins. The early recipes of white nougat were found in Middle Eastern countries around the 10th century. A traditional confection reinvented into something special to bring on your table on Christmas Eve with a Nutella touch.
  • 800g whipping cream
  • 80g granulated sugar 250g crumbly nougat with hazelnuts and/or almonds
  • 50g crispy Amaretto dried biscuits
  • 120g Nutella®
  • Icing sugar to decorate

  • With the help of a knife, break the nougat and the Amaretto biscuits into small irregular pieces.
  • Step 2

  • Whisk the cream with the sugar until light and soft.
  • Step 3

  • With a wooden spoon, blend softly from downwards to upwards
  • Add the nougat and the crispy Amaretto biscuits pieces to the cream & sugar mixture.
  • Leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  • Step 4

  • Serve in individual mini-cups.

  • Garnish each mini-cup with 15g of Nutella® and icing sugar.
