Christmas Flower Cupcake by Nutella®

Everybody loves flowers, right? Even more so when they're made entirely of Nutella®, and on a delicious cupcake base. These Christmas Flower Cupcakes by Nutella® are the decorative centrepieces that the family won’t get enough of.

Christmas flower cupcake topped with Nutella frosting and festive sprinkles.

INGREDIENTS FOR 6 SERVINGS

  • 1 egg

  • 125 ml milk or 1 cup plain yoghurt

  • 70 g sugar

  • 125 g flour

  • 50 g sunflower oil

  • 2 tsp yeast

  • 1 vanilla bean or 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla aroma

  • 6 blueberries

  • 1 tbsp. of Nutella® per cupcake

How to make Christmas Flower Cupcake

  1. Gluten-free orange sponge cake topped with Nutella and festive decorations.

    Preheat the oven to 180°C. Beat together the egg and sugar until smooth. Add the sifted flour and vanilla, then whisk together. Add the milk (or yoghurt) to the mixture and whisk again until smooth.

  2. Christmas flower cupcake topped with Nutella frosting and festive sprinkles.

    Divide the mixture equally into cupcake cases. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 20 minutes.

  3. Reindeer-shaped bagels decorated with Nutella and festive toppings.

    Take cupcakes out of the oven and let them cool completely.

  4. Christmas flower cupcake topped with Nutella frosting and festive sprinkles.

    Decorate the cupcakes with Nutella®using a spreader o make a nice flower , then add the blueberries on top. Enjoy!
