Waffles with NUTELLA®  hazelnut spread, Mango and Raspberries

INGREDIENTS

Recipe Yield: 4 servings (1 waffle per serving)
Prep and Cooking Time: 20 minutes

2/3 cup Aunt Jemima® Original Complete Pancake Mix
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons oil
1 mango, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries (thawed)
¼ cup Nutella® hazelnut spread
Mint, for garnish

STEP 1

Heat waffle iron, according to manufacturer directions.

STEP 2

In medium bowl, combine pancake mix, water, and oil. Stir just until large lumps disappear. Let stand 4 to 5 minutes.

STEP 3

Pour batter into lightly greased waffle iron in ¼ cup portions. Bake until steaming stops or until waffle is cooked to desired doneness.

STEP 4

Spread each waffle with 1 tablespoon of Nutella® hazelnut spread. Top with mango and raspberries. Serve immediately.
