FLUFFY BUTTERMILK PANCAKES WITH NUTELLA®, MANGO & RASPBERRIES
Sift flour, baking powder and caster sugar into a bowl.
Separate eggs and mix yolks with buttermilk.
Add yolks and buttermilk to dry ingredients.
Whisk whites and fold into batter.
Rest batter for 10 minutes.
Cook for around 1 minute, or until small bubbles appear on the surface.
Turn over and cook for a further 30 seconds, or until golden and thoroughly cooked.
Top with Nutella®, raspberries and sliced mango
