  • 360g Whole wheat flour

  • 5g Sugar

  • 2g Salt

  • 7g Instant dry yeast

  • 5g Oil

  • 180g Water

  • 45g Wheat Bran

  • 75g Nutella®

To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!


  1. Activate the yeast with sugar and 50g water, mix all the ingredients together except wheat bran and make a soft dough. Set aside covered for an hour.

  2. Divide dough into 70g portions

  3. Dip in wheat bran and roll into 5 inch circles

  4. Place on baking sheet and bake at 220⁰ C for 10-12 mins

  5. Pipe Nutella® 15g through a nozzle into the Poe. Bon Appetit !
