Banana Yoghurt Pancakes with Nutella®
 
    INGREDIENTS
- 
      1 and 1/2 cups of wheat flour 
- 
      2 eggs 
- 
      3/4 cup of plain yogurt 
- 
      1/2 teaspoon of baking soda 
- 
      1/2 teaspoon of baking powder 
- 
      1 tablespoon of fine baking sugar 
- 
      1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 
- 
      4 bananas 
- 
      Nutella® (15 g per 1 serving) 
 
                            To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!
PREPARATION
- 
    Put the whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder and sugar into a large bowl. Add whisked eggs, yogurt and mix gently. 
- 
    On a heated, dry pan form pancakes with a spoon and fry them over medium heat until golden on both sides. 
- 
    Spread Nutella® on the pancake and cover it with another pancake with Nutella® and on them, in the same way arrange the next pancakes, creating individual portions. Leave the last pancake without the cream but place a few sliced banana pieces on it.
