Nutella® No Bake Cheesecake Recipe
A no bake cheesecake is a dessert that doesn't require baking. Our recipe is simple, quick and delicious, with the addition of Nutella® for a touch of chocolate.

INGREDIENTS FOR 12 SERVINGS

40 g Nutella®

850 g cream cheese

70 g walnuts

180 g butter biscuits

100 g butter (melted)

120 g whipped cream

50 g sugar
-
1 pinch of salt
-
140 g sour cream
-
20 g lemon juice
-
70 g sweetened condensed milk from a can

1 tbsp vanilla extract

To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!
PREPARATION

Line the bottom of the springform pan with parchment paper. Chop the walnuts into 0.5 cm pieces. Blend the cookies in a food processor until finely ground.

Mix the chopped walnuts, cookie crumbs, and butter in a bowl with a rubber spatula.

Spread the crumb mixture into the springform pan and press it into a smooth base. Place it in the refrigerator.

Whip the cream until fluffy. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and salt until fluffy. Add the sour cream, lemon juice, condensed milk, and vanilla extract and mix well. Carefully fold in the whipped cream.

Pour the cheesecake mixture into the prepared pan and smooth it out.

Using a small spoon, place dollops of Nutella® into the filling, making sure there's some space between the dollops.

Use a knife to create small swirls through the filling and Nutella® to create a marbled effect. Refrigerate the cheesecake for a few hours, or preferably overnight, until firm enough to slice. Enjoy!
