Darabeel Pudding with Nutella®

  • 15 Darabeel Biscuits

  • 1/4 Cup Custard powder

  • 2 1/2 Cups Milk

  • 2 Tablespoons Caster sugar 

  • 2 Cups Whipping cream

  • Fresh fruit for decoration

  • 1/2 Cup Crushed Pistachios

  • 120g Nutella (15g per serving)

To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!


  1. STEP 1

    In a saucepan combine the custard powder, milk and sugar.  

  2. Heat until custard thickens, remove from heat and allow to cool.

  3. In a stand mixer or using a hand blender whisk the whipping cream to stiff peaks.

  4. Layer individual dessert pots with custard, crushed darabeel biscuits and whipping cream, repeat layering.

  5. Decorate and top with a final layer of Nutella, fresh fruit of your choice and crushed pistachios.
