Lapis Legit Rolls with Nutella® Recipe

INGREDIENTS FOR 10 PORTIONS

  • Powedered Milk 15g

  • All Purpose Flour 25g

  • Powdered Sugar 100g

  • Egg Yolks 14 pcs

  • Unsalted Butter Cold 180g

  • Nutella® 150g (15g per portion)

METHOD

  1. Lapis Legit Rolls with Nutella® Recipe

    Prepare two 20x20x2cm baking pan, grease with butter, and line with baking paper.

    Beat 180g of cold unsalted butter until pale and fluffy, then set aside.

    In a separate bowl, whisk 14 pcs of egg yolks and 100g of powdered sugar together until thick and fluffy.

    Add 15g of milk powder and 25g of all purpose flour to the egg mixture and stir it.

    Combine the butter with the egg-flour mixture batter, make sure the batter is smooth and evenly mixed.

  2. Lapis Legit Rolls with Nutella® Recipe

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    Divide the batter into two pans and bake each pan for 6-7mins.

  3. Lapis Legit Rolls with Nutella® Recipe

    Remove all the pan from the oven, turn over the pan, and remove the baking paper.

    Spread 150g of Nutella® to two lapis legit, and roll over two lapis legit together using baking paper, make it like a thick big cylinder.

    After cool and set, cut the Lapis Legit Roll Nutella® into 10 pcs.
