Kuliche with Nutella®

INGREDIENTS 9 pcs of Kuliche (3 persons)

1 1/2 cup of flour

1/2 cup of ghee

1/2 cup of milk

3g of baking powder
-
1 yolk
-
1/2 tablespoon of Kuliche powder*

1 tablespoon of suger

250g of soft dates
-
30g Butter
-
Coconut powder or ground walnut for sprinkling

30g Nutella®
To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!
METHOD

Prepare the dough by mixing the water and flour in a bowl. In a pan over low heat, mash the dates together with the butter and kulicha powder. Stir until the mixture softens and becomes smooth and spreadable.

Roll out the dough into a flat sheet, similar to bread. Evenly spread the warm date mixture over the surface using a spoon. Gently roll the dough into a log, then cut it into small round slices.

Mix the egg yolk with a little milk, then brush it over the tops of the cookies for a glossy finish. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) until golden brown, about 15 minutes.

Once baked, top each piece with a teaspoon of Nutella® and finish with a sprinkle of coconut powder or walnut.
