Rice Pudding with Nutella®

INGREDIENTS

700 ml whole milk
50 grams sugar
100 grams short grain white rice
250 ml water
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
Chocolate shavings for decoration
60 grams Nutella®

STEP 1

Bring the milk and sugar to a gentle boil in a large saucepan. Stir in the rice and water. Cover and simmer gently, stirring occasionally so the rice doesn’t stick to the bottom for about 30-40 minutes, after which the mixture should be creamy. Stir in the orange zest and set aside to cool slightly. Carefully spoon into four glasses, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

STEP 2

Just before serving, pipe Nutella® onto the rice pudding and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
