Lidah Kucing Pandan with Nutella®

INGREDIENTS FOR 6 PORTIONS

Low-protein wheat flour 175g

Cornstarch Flour 1tbsp

Full-cream milk powder 40g

Margarine 100g

Butter 100g
-
Powdered Sugar 100g

Egg Whites 120g

Pandan Paste 1tbsp

Green Food Colouring 2 drops

Nutella® 90g
To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!
METHOD

Mix the butter, margarine, and powdered sugar on high speed for about 2mins.
Add the egg whites, and continue whisking until it rises slightly.
Add the wheat flour, cornstarch, and milk powder.
Mix again on low speed until well combined. Add the pandan paste and food coloring.

Put the mixture into a piping bag and cut off the tip.
Pipe onto a baking pan that has been lightly greased with margarine, forming small strips.
Bake in a preheated electric oven at 130°C for 10 minutes.
Continue baking the cookies at the same temperature for 25 minutes using both top and bottom heat.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool on the tray to avoid it being too hot.
Once slightly warm, remove from the tray and let it cool completely.
Once cooled, pipe approximately 5 grams of Nutella® onto one side of the cookie and then sandwich with another cookie, creating a twolayered cookie with Nutella® in the middle.
Store in an airtight container and serve.
