Crepes with Nutella® with raspberries & toasted hazelnuts

INGREDIENTS for 4 portions

  • 100g flour

  • 1 large egg

  • 300ml milk

  • 60g toasted hazelnuts

  • 170g raspberries

  • 60g Nutella – 1 heaped tsp of Nutella (15g) per portion

To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!

METHOD

  1. STEP 1

    Sift the flour and a pinch of salt into a bowl. Add egg and pour in half the milk. Whisk together, gradually incorporating the flour to make a smooth thick batter. Beat thoroughly to remove any lumps, then stir in the rest of the milk.

  2. STEP 2

    Heat a little oil or butter in a medium frying pan. Pour about 2 tbsp. batter into the pan, tilting the pan as you pour, until the batter thinly coats the base. Cook for around 1 minute, or until small bubbles appear on the surface. Turn over and cook for a further 30 seconds, or until golden and thoroughly cooked.

  3. STEP 3

    Top with Nutella®, raspberries and toasted hazelnuts.
