Gluten-free pancakes with Nutella® & strawberries

INGREDIENTS for 6 portions

  • 140g buckwheat flour

  • 240ml buttermilk

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tblsp. sugar

  • 3 tblsp. coconut oil

  • 1 ½ tsp. gluten free baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 tblsp. butter for cooking

  • 150g strawberries

  • 15g Nutella® per serving

To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!

METHOD

  1. STEP 1

    Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl and sift. In another bowl combine your wet ingredients and whisk lightly. Combine, being careful not to over mix. Rest batter for 10 minutes.

  2. STEP 2

    Cook for around 1 minute, or until small bubbles appear on the surface. Turn over and cook for a further 30 seconds, or until golden and thoroughly cooked.

  3. STEP 3

    Top with Nutella® and strawberries.
