Mshaltaat with Nutella®
Mix the flour, yeast, sugar and salt together. Add the water and mix it well to create a soft dough. Brush the top of the dough with ghee and cover with cling film to rest for 25 minutes.
Cut the dough in to small portions of around 25 gram each. Brush the work top with ghee and roll the dough out with a rolling pin until it is flat and thin. Brush your flattened dough with ghee and repeat with all of the dough balls, placing them on top of each other until you have 10 layers. Cover it and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Add a little ghee in a pan and let it melt on the heat. Place your stack of dough into the hot pan for 6-7 minutes until baked with a golden color.
Slice the finished bread in to 6 portions and use a piping bag to decorate with with 15g or one teaspoon of Nutella® per portion. Slice the strawberries and place on top.
