Rolled Crepes with Nutella®

Life is like a crêpe, you just gotta roll with it! Each roll is a delightful surprise, bringing a burst of flavor with the creamy Nutella® and delicious fresh fruit.

INGREDIENTS (FOR 12 SERVINGS)

  • 3/4 Cup (200 ml) milk

  • 3/4 Cup (200 ml) sparkling water

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup (140 g) flour

  • A pinch of salt

  • 1 banana

  • 1 1/4 cup (250 g) strawberries

  • 1 tbsp. of Nutella® per crêpe

To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!

PREPARATION

    Whisk together the milk, sparkling water and flour. Then add the egg, a pinch of salt and let the batter rest for 30 minutes.

  2. Hazelnut quality check step before roasting for Nutella production.

    Heat a greased pan over medium heat. Add a ladle of batter and spread it evenly. Once the batter appears dry, flip over the crêpe and cook the other side until both sides are a light golden color.

  3. Rolled crepes filled with Nutella and topped with festive decorations.

    Spread Nutella® (Recommended 15 g per serve) on each crêpe, add some pieces of fruit, roll them up and enjoy!
