Rice Pudding with Nutella®
INGREDIENTS Serves two people; portion size: a small glass

50g Egyptian rice (¼ cup)

250ml water (1 cup)

250ml low-fat milk

(1 cup) 15g sugar (1 tablespoon)

15g cornflour (1 tablespoon)

30g Nutella®
-
Chopped hazelnuts or 2 fresh strawberries
To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!
METHOD

Combine the rice and water in a small pot. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until the rice absorbs the water and becomes tender. If the rice is still firm, add ¼ cup of warm water and simmer on low heat a little longer.

Whisk the cold milk, sugar, and cornflour together in a small bowl until smooth, then add the mixture to the cooked rice.

Keep stirring over very low heat until the rice and milk thicken and turn into a rich, creamy rice pudding consistency.

Spoon the rice pudding evenly into two small glasses and let it cool for about 10 minutes.

Add 15g of Nutella® to each glass.

Garnish with hazelnuts or halved fresh strawberries, then serve warm.
