Nutella® rice cake bar

INGREDIENTS 2 servings

  • 3 rice cake bars

  • Nutella® (15g/serving)

  • 2 dried figs

  • 2 freeze-dried strawberries

  • Pistachio nuts

  • Almonds

To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!

METHOD

  1. Slice the large rice cake bars into finger-sized pieces.

  2. Air-fry the rice cake bars at 170℃ for 5 minutes. Turn the bars over and bake for another 5 minutes at 190℃. If using a frying pan, cook them until the surface of the rice cake bars turns lightly golden.

  3. Drizzle warmed Nutella® over the rice cake bars.

  4. Top with freeze-dried strawberries and dried figs and sprinkle with ground almonds and pistachio nuts.
