Mum's sponge cake with Nutella®
Surprise your mum with this recipe to celebrate Mother's Day!
Mix the eggs with the milk and oil using a hand whisk.
Add the sugar and mix thoroughly.
Sieve the flour and yeast into the liquid and mix quickly until smooth.
Pour into the greased and floured cake tin of 22 centimeter
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for 45 minutes.
Decorate with 90g of Nutella® (15g per portion).
