300 g plain flour
200 ml milk
100 ml vegetable seed oil
210 g sugar
3 eggs
8 g powdered yeast
90 g Nutella^® (15g/portion)

METHOD

STEP 1

Mix the eggs with the milk and oil using a hand whisk.
STEP 2

Add the sugar and mix thoroughly.
STEP 3

Sieve the flour and yeast into the liquid and mix quickly until smooth.
STEP 4

Pour into the greased and floured cake tin of 22 centimeter
STEP 5

Bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for 45 minutes.
STEP 6

Decorate with 90g of Nutella^® (15g per portion).
