Nutella® Brownies Recipe
Brownies are a baked chocolate dessert, often described as a cross between a cake and a cookie. Our brownie recipe adds a touch of Nutella® creaminess to the traditional chewy, fudgy texture for an extra chocolate kick.

INGREDIENTS FOR 12 SERVINGS

10.6 oz dark chocolate

3 eggs

8.5 tbsp butter

3/4 cup + 1 tbsp brown sugar

1 cup flour
-
1 pinch of salt

1/2 cup ground hazelnuts

1 1/2 cups hazelnuts

1.5 tbsp Nutella®

To prepare this delicious recipe, 1 tbsp of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!
PREPARATION

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Line a baking pan with baking paper. Melt the chocolate and butter over a pan of simmering water. Roughly chop the hazelnuts. Beat the eggs, sugar, and salt with a hand mixer until frothy.

Carefully fold the melted chocolate into the egg mixture, then sift in the flour and baking powder and mix. Then fold in the ground hazelnuts and half of the chopped hazelnuts.

Spread the brownie mixture onto the baking sheet and scatter the remaining hazelnuts over it. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Then let cool completely.

Garnish the brownie with Nutella® and cut into small pieces.
