Nutella® Fried bread
INGRÉDIENTS FOR 1 PORTION

5 Slices of White Bread (Without Fringes)

50 Gr Butter

30 Grams of Brown Sugar

1 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder

Pinch of Salt
-
2 Eggs
-
1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon Powder

20 Ml of Milk

Melted Butter for Cooking

100 gr breadcrumbs

15 Gr Nutella®
To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!
METHOD

Flatten the slices of bread with a batter grinder.
Melt 50 Grams of Butter then set aside and leave to cool.
In a bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar and 1 Teaspoon cinnamon powder. Mix well
Apply the dough to the bread and roll it into a small cigar.

STEP 2
In another bowl, Mix 2 eggs, 1/2 Tsp cinnamon powder and 20Ml of milk. Beat until smooth.
Melt a little butter in a frying pan to cook.
Roll the rolled slices of bread into the egg dough and put them in a frying pan over a low heat. -
Step 3
Cook until golden brown.
For serving, apply 15 Gr Of Nutella®.
