Nutella® peach melba

INGREDIENTS for 1 portion

  • 1 peach, cut in half and stone removed

  • 20g ricotta

  • 20g 0% Greek yogurt

  • 35g fresh raspberries

  • 3tbsp/45g no added sugar nutty granola

  • 15g Nutella® (one heaped teaspoon)

To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!

METHOD

  1. Preheat a char-grill pan over a high heat

  2. Place the peaches on the pan cut side down and leave to cook for 1-2 minutes, until lightly charred, remove allow to cool and place in a serving dish

  3. Mix the ricotta and Greek yogurt together and spoon into the centre of each peach.

  4. Scatter over the granola and raspberries

  5. Spoon over the Nutella®.
