    INGREDIENTS for 1 portion
- 
      
1 peach, cut in half and stone removed
 - 
      
20g ricotta
 - 
      
20g 0% Greek yogurt
 - 
      
35g fresh raspberries
 - 
      
3tbsp/45g no added sugar nutty granola
 - 
      
15g Nutella® (one heaped teaspoon)
 
To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!
METHOD
- 
    
Preheat a char-grill pan over a high heat
 - 
    
Place the peaches on the pan cut side down and leave to cook for 1-2 minutes, until lightly charred, remove allow to cool and place in a serving dish
 - 
    
Mix the ricotta and Greek yogurt together and spoon into the centre of each peach.
 - 
    
Scatter over the granola and raspberries
 - 
    
Spoon over the Nutella®.
