A no bake cheesecake is a dessert that doesn't require baking. Our recipe is simple, quick and delicious, with the addition of Nutella® for a touch of chocolate.

  1. 1 1/2 tbsp of Nutella®

  2. 3 ¾ cups of cream cheese

  3. 1 1/2 cups (crushed) butter biscuits

  4. 7 tbsp butter (melted)

  5. 1/2 cup whipped cream

  6. 1/4 cup sugar

  7. 1 pinch of salt

  8. 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp sour cream

  9. 1 ½ tbsp of lemon juice

  10. 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk from a can

  11. 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  1. Step 1

    Line the bottom of the springform pan with parchment paper. Chop the walnuts into small pieces. Blend the cookies in a food processor until finely ground.

    Mix the chopped walnuts, cookie crumbs, and butter in a bowl with a rubber spatula.

    Spread the crumb mixture into the springform pan and press it into a smooth base. Place it in the refrigerator.

    Whip the cream until fluffy. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and salt until fluffy. Add the sour cream, lemon juice, condensed milk, and vanilla extract and mix well. Carefully fold in the whipped cream.

    Pour the cheesecake mixture into the prepared pan and smooth it out.
