When is Christmas, do as the Italians and taste a Tiramisu!

There’s nothing like these Mini Tiramisu to revive traditions and bring to the party a perfectly balanced of tastes. The smoothness of Nutella® pairs with the delicacy of the mascarpone cream while the coffee boosts the softness of the the ladyfinger biscuits.

Ingredients
Nutella® Mini Tiramisu
120g of Nutella (15g for each glass)
12 ladyfingers biscuits
350g mascarpone cheese
120g sugar
3 eggs
3 tablespoons of coffee
Cocoa powder (for decoration)

Steps

Nutella® Mini Tiramisu

Separate the egg yolks and whites
Add the sugar and beat the yolks with the sugar until pale in colour
Add the mascarpone to the mixture
Mix together until getting a fluid texture

Whisk the egg whites until they form stiff peaks
Carefully fold into the mascarpone mixture and mix everything together

Nutella® Mini Tiramisu

Quickly soak a ladyfinger biscuit in the coffee and place at the bottom of the first glass. Repeat this step for each glass.
Add a layer of the mascarpone cream
Next, add a spoonful of Nutella (using a piping bag)
Add another layer of the mascarpone cream

Nutella® Mini Tiramisu

Chill for at least 6 hours
When ready to serve, use a sieve to sprinkle cocoa powder over the top
