BREAKFAST IN EGYPT
Egyptians tend to have a late and short breakfast/brunch, individually and on-the-go. Breakfast usually includes a savoury dish called fool, which is a stew of cumin-spiced fava beans with olive oil. This is paired with a special bread called Eish Baladi which is used almost like a utensil; so instead of spreading Nutella® with a knife, we just scoop it with the bread!
