Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest in a warm place (a preheated oven at 35 or 40°C maximum).

Gently knead the dough to remove air bubbles, then divide it into 6 to 8 equal balls.
-
Place each ball on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, then gently press to flatten slightly to a thickness of about 1.5cm.
-
Cover the dough with a clean tea towel and let it rise in a warm place.
-
Brush the dough with the beaten egg.
-
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.
-
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes (check occasionally until cooked through).
-
Allow the krachel pieces to cool for 15 minutes.
-
Slice each in half and fill with Nutella®.
-
Garnish with a few fresh blueberries.
