Vegan Pancakes with Nutella® Plant-Based

INGREDIENTS fOR 4 people (1 pancake per person)

125g whole wheat flour

170ml unsweetened soy milk

30g brown sugar

6g baking powder

1 pinch (3g) of salt

15ml oil (for greasing the pan)

60g Nutella® plant-based (15g/ one heaped teaspoon per pancake)

To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!
METHOD

Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix them.

Slowly add the soy milk while mixing gently.
Let it rest for 3 minutes.

Grease a non-stick pan with a bit of oil and heat the plan on a medium heat. Once the pan is well heated, pour a ladle of batter.

When bubbles appear on the batter surface, flip the pancake and cook the other side.

Once cooked, remove the pancake from the pan, spread one side with 15g of Nutella® Plant-Based and decorate with some fresh fruits.
