60g of Nutella^® (15g/ one heaped teaspoon per portion)

HOW TO MAKE A MUG CAKE

Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl on medium power (600/650 watts) for 15 seconds. Once melted, add the sifted flour to the baking powder, sugar, milk, and egg mixture.
Mix until you get a smooth, lump-free paste.
Divide the mixture among 4 mugs. Microwave the mug cakes one by one at 750 watts for 90 seconds.
Dig a hole in the centre of each mug cake using an apple corer or similar utensil.
Using a piping bag filled with Nutella^®, place one heaped teaspoon (15g) of Nutella^® in the centre of each cake. Enjoy!
