Nutella® Mug Cake Recipe
This quick and easy mug cake recipe can be enjoyed as a dessert or snack. All you need is a few cake ingredients, Nutella®, a mug and a microwave - it's that easy!

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 SERVINGS

100g of butter

140g of flour

2 eggs

80g of sugar

25ml of milk

10g of baking powder

60g of Nutella® (15g/ one heaped teaspoon per portion)

To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!
HOW TO MAKE A MUG CAKE

Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl on medium power (600/650 watts) for 15 seconds. Once melted, add the sifted flour to the baking powder, sugar, milk, and egg mixture.

Mix until you get a smooth, lump-free paste.

Divide the mixture among 4 mugs. Microwave the mug cakes one by one at 750 watts for 90 seconds.

Dig a hole in the centre of each mug cake using an apple corer or similar utensil.

Using a piping bag filled with Nutella®, place one heaped teaspoon (15g) of Nutella® in the centre of each cake. Enjoy!
