Christmas Muffins by Nutella® Recipe

Nothing can compare to mom, maybe only muffins. They’re soft on the outside and with a sweet heart on the inside, just like her. That’s why they’re the perfect recipe to craft with love for her.

INGREDIENTS FOR 6 SERVINGS

  • 1 egg

  • 125 g flour

  • 70 g sugar

  • 2 tsp yeast

  • 1 vanilla bean

  • 125 ml milk or 1 cup plain natural yoghurt

  • 50 g oil

  • 1tbsp. Nutella® per muffin

HOW TO MAKE CHRISTMAS MUFFINS

  1. Waffles topped with Nutella and mixed seasonal fruits, plated serving.

    Beat the egg together with the sugar, vanilla bean then add oil and milk or yoghurt to the mixture.

  2. Nutella and mango roti skewers arranged on sticks with lime garnish.

    Add sieved flour and yeast to the mixture and whisk it.

  3. Square Nutella brownies with glossy chocolate topping and walnut pieces.

    Divide the mixture equally into muffin cups. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for approx. 20 minutes.

  4. Nutella and mango roti skewers arranged on sticks with lime garnish.

    Take the muffins out of the oven and let them cool.

    Decorate the muffins with Nutella® using a piping bag. Serve and enjoy!
