Nutella® No Bake Cheesecake Recipe

A no bake cheesecake is a dessert that doesn't require baking. Our recipe is simple and quick with a delicious touch of Nutella®.

INGREDIENTS FOR 12 SERVINGS

  • 180g Nutella® (15g/ one heaped teaspoon per portion)

  • 850g cream cheese

  • 70g walnuts

  • 180g butter biscuits

  • 100g butter (melted)

  • 120g whipping cream

  • 50g sugar

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 140g sour cream

  • 20g lemon juice

  • 70g sweetened condensed milk from a can

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!

PREPARATION

  1. A baker is chopping walnuts on a wooden chopping board using a large knife.

    Line the bottom of a springform pan with parchment paper. Chop the walnuts into 0.5 cm pieces and blend the cookies in a food processor until finely ground.

  2. A baker is mixing chopped walnuts, cookie crumbs and butter in a glass mixing bowl using a silicone spatula.

    Mix the chopped walnuts, cookie crumbs, and butter in a bowl with a rubber spatula.

  3. A baker is spreading the crumb mixture into a springform pan and pressing it into a smooth base.

  4. A baker is whipping cream in a glass mixing bowl using an electric whisk to make the no bake cheesecake filling.

    Whip the whipping cream until fluffy and keep to the side in a separate bowl. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and salt until fluffy. Add the sour cream, lemon juice, condensed milk, and vanilla extract and mix well. Carefully fold in the whipped cream.

  5. A baker is placing the no bake cheesecake filling on top of the crumb bottom in the springform pan.

    Pour the cheesecake mixture into the prepared pan and smooth it out.

  6. Using a small spoon the baker is placing dollops of Nutella® into the filling, making sure there's some space between the dollops.

  7. Using a knife the baker is creating small swirls through the no bake cheesecake filling and Nutella® for a decorative finish.
