Nutella® No Bake Cheesecake Recipe
A no bake cheesecake is a dessert that doesn't require baking. Our recipe is simple and quick with a delicious touch of Nutella®.

INGREDIENTS FOR 12 SERVINGS

180g Nutella® (15g/ one heaped teaspoon per portion)

850g cream cheese

70g walnuts
-
180g butter biscuits
-
100g butter (melted)
-
120g whipping cream
-
50g sugar
-
1 pinch of salt
-
140g sour cream
-
20g lemon juice
-
70g sweetened condensed milk from a can
-
1 tbsp vanilla extract

To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!
PREPARATION

Line the bottom of a springform pan with parchment paper. Chop the walnuts into 0.5 cm pieces and blend the cookies in a food processor until finely ground.

Mix the chopped walnuts, cookie crumbs, and butter in a bowl with a rubber spatula.

Spread the crumb mixture into the springform pan and press it into a smooth base. Place it in the refrigerator.

Whip the whipping cream until fluffy and keep to the side in a separate bowl. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and salt until fluffy. Add the sour cream, lemon juice, condensed milk, and vanilla extract and mix well. Carefully fold in the whipped cream.

Pour the cheesecake mixture into the prepared pan and smooth it out.

Using a teaspoon, place dollops of the Nutella® into the filling, making sure there's some space between the dollops.

Use a knife to create small swirls through the filling and Nutella® to create a marbled effect. Refrigerate the cheesecake for a few hours, or preferably overnight, until firm enough to slice. Enjoy!
