Nutella breakfast bruschetta with summer berries

INGREDIENTS for 1 portion

  • 2 x 25g slices of dark seeded sourdough

  • 30g reduced fat (40% less fat) /light soft cream cheese

  • 30g fresh strawberries, sliced

  • 25g fresh raspberries

  • 15g fresh blueberries

  • 15g chopped toasted hazelnuts

  • 15g Nutella® (one heaped teaspoon)

  • A few edible violas (optional)

To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!

METHOD

  • Lightly toast the bread, allow to cool slightly.

  • Spread each toast with the cream cheese

  • Arrange the strawberries on top, with the raspberries, blueberries, cut some of the raspberries and blueberries in half, scatter on hazelnuts

  • Drizzle over the Nutella® and garnish with the edible flowers, if using.
